ensure seamless integration, standardization, and optimization of supply chain processes; driving operational excellence and scalability; support rapid growth and complexity; balancing cost, service, and agility; improve adoption and efficient use of all systems
Industry & Context.
Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions; Ability to analyze business processes, design process improvements
Travel is estimated at 20%, requires on-site work from an Insulet office
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of supply chain operations experience with a global manufacturing organization, significant experience in SAP (preferably S/4HANA), Proven track record of supporting ERP implementations and/or transformations in the supply chain workstream, Knowledge of the software and systems development life cycle
Nice to Have
Master's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline, SAP certifications (e. g. , S/4HANA, PP, MM), Exposure to Lean and Six Sigma practices, Knowledge of Data Warehousing and Reporting
What You'll Do.
Perform complex business and systems analysis
conduct requirements gathering/analysis
Develop supporting process flows
Lead analysis initiatives of existing business processes
Create and maintain business requirement documentation
Collaborate with the system implementation team
Develop training materials
conduct training sessions
Assist in the evaluation of third party tools
Communicate effectively with business users
Develop comprehensive test plans
support the coordination and execution of testing
Stay current on SAP S/4 HANA innovations
Support integration of SAP with MES
Perform other duties as required
