What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6-10+ years' experience in finance systems or ERP project delivery, Proven experience delivering at least one SAP Business One or SAP Finance implementation, Demonstrated experience acting as a local or business-side Project Manager, experience working closely with Finance Directors and senior finance stakeholders, understanding of finance processes and SAP Business One functionality, Expertise in local ERP rollout planning and delivery, Excellent project planning, tracking, and milestone management skills, High attention to detail across data, testing, and reconciliation activities, Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, Ability to manage risks, issues, and dependencies in a complex program environment, problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset, Ability to perform effectively during peak delivery and go-live phases, Collaborative approach, working across global and local teams
Nice to Have
Experience with global template or multi-entity SAP deployments is highly regarded, Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) desirable, SAP Business One Finance or FI/CO exposure (certification advantageous), CPA or CA qualification beneficial but not essential
