## Accountabilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and refine detailed functional and business requirements. Translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA functional solutions aligned with system architecture and project objectives. Support the full implementation lifecycle of general ledger and financial system integration projects. Manage change requests, ensuring proper impact analysis and alignment with delivery priorities. Contribute to testing activities, including test planning, preparation, execution, and defect resolution. Provide hypercare and post-go-live support to ensure system stability and smooth operational transition. Ensure consistent communication between technical teams and business units throughout project phases. Support documentation, functional specifications, and process alignment across stakeholders. Requirements: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in SAP-focused environments. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in financial modules and general ledger processes. Proven experience supporting full-cycle SAP implementation or transformation projects. Solid understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and system integrations. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English (C1 level mandatory). Autonomous, proactive, and structured working approach in international environments. Experience in testing coordination and support within large-scale IT programs. Graduate-level education in a relevant field (Finance, IT, Business, or similar). Benefits: Competitive daily rate of €410–€420 depending on experience.
