Must Have
4 to 5 years of experience in administration and support SAP Basis, Technical leadership and operational coordination of SAP teams, SAP ECC, SAP Focused Run (FRUN), SAP Basis operation and monitoring, Managing enterprise SAP environments, Critical incident and escalation management, SLA management and operational governance models, Client-facing experience, Conversational English level
Nice to Have
Enterprise or multinational environments experience, SAP monitoring and observability tools, Operational KPIs and executive reports presentation, Coordinating activities with SAP Vendor

Lead daily SAP Basis operational activities
Ensure service continuity and stability in SAP environments
