In addition, we offer products developed in-house to increase efficiency. * Ensure smooth operation of SAP systems, including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and system updates * Analyze and resolve incidents and problems as part of 2nd and 3rd level support * Plan, implement, and execute SAP release upgrades for both ABAP and Java systems * Take ownership of SAP HANA technology planning and HANA migrations * Perform system administration, configuration, and performance optimization * Lead or contribute to SAP Basis projects, including project management responsibilities when required * Support presales activities, advising new customers on platform and infrastructure services * Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable and scalable SAP solutions ##
