Must Have
5+ years of hands-on SAP Basis experience, knowledge of S/4HANA, ECC, BW/4HANA, BI, BODS, Data Services, ABAP & Java stacks, Proven experience with SAP RISE / ECS operations, Knowledge of Operating Systems: Linux (RedHat, SUSE), Windows, AIX, Database expertise in SAP HANA, Sybase, MaxDB, Experience with Cloud Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP, SAP Cloud, Hands-on experience with HA/DR architectures, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, 5+ years of experience in application development and deployment, 5+ years in application migration and modernization, 5+ years in application architecture, middleware and data experience, Variety of technologies including BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware/software, operating systems and networking, Strong technical acumen & deep working knowledge of Agile Methods, Service Architecture, and enterprise Cloud Integration, Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
SAP and/or Cloud certifications, Oracle/DB2 database expertise, SaaS application implementation experience, Application modernization tools, Experience in using and implementing DevSecOps processes, Past experience in assisting stakeholders in quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies
