Because we want to be even better equipped to develop digital solutions and experiences that help more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _To get there, we need people with tech/digital/analytics expertise and passion to help develop positive, sustainable change through digitally enhanced experiences that will impact the lives of millions of people and create a healthier future for everyone._ **If you believe in developing a better tomorrow, read on.** **About the Role** 负责SAP财务系统的用户运维，确保审批流程、主数据及报表符合财务政策要求 **工作职责 ： ** • 参与SAP财务项目实施，熟悉SAP软件，有财务数仓报告设计或管理报告支持经验者优先； • 解答财务职能团队日常操作问题，提供技术支持与诊断； • 与其他SAP模块及外部系统协作，整合数据，确保一致性，支持数据建模与分析； • 针对运维问题制定解决方案，推动财务自动化，提升效率与风险控制能力； • 负责SAP运维，确保系统变更审批机制运行，跟踪财务需求全流程； • 定期核对财务系统主数据，确保完整性和准确性，生成运维分析报告； • 支持财务流程化或自动化项目，包括需求分析、协调IT进度、测试上线及用户培训。 **任职要求:** • 大学财经类、信息管理等相关专业本科及以上学历 ； • 从事财务系统管理工作，或在专业软件供应商工作，有3年以上工作经验 ； • 精通相关财务软件，熟悉SAP系统，了解SAP各模块工作原理，以及系统数据架构，有金融行业SAP实施经验的，优先考虑 ； • 有费用及预算等管理报告支持工作经验的优先考虑 ； • 熟悉常见的数据建模方法与数据治理等相关知识，具备较强的业务理解和抽象能力； • 良好的分析、沟通、独立解决问题的能力，并能够在压力下工作 ； • 熟练运用Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint ； • 良好的中英文听、说、读、写能力 。 _Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._ _You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
