and infrastructure requirements
Support change management initiatives and user adoption efforts
Assist in developing training plans and user documentation
Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams
Identify project risks and escalate as needed
Ensure quality standards are maintained across assigned workstreams
Track issue resolution and support mitigation planning
Support hypercare activities and transition to steady-state support
Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvement actions

**Job Description:** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Associate Manager** to support the delivery of a large-scale **SAP S/4HANA** implementation in a Private Cloud environment. This role will work closely with the SAP Program Manager and functional/technical leads to coordinate project activities, manage workstreams, track deliverables, and ensure successful execution across project phases. The ideal candidate has strong SAP functional or technical experience, exposure to S/4HANA transformations, and demonstrated capability in managing cross-functional teams within complex ERP programs. ## Key Responsibilities ### Project & Workstream Coordination * Support end-to-end S/4HANA implementation across Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run phases. * Manage specific functional or technical workstreams under the guidance of the SAP Manager. * Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. * Coordinate with system integrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders. * Prepare status reports and steering committee materials. ### Functional & Technical Support * Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution design sessions. * Ensure alignment to SAP best practices and template governance. * Assist in overseeing system integrations and data migration activities. * Support testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and defect management. * Monitor adherence to security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements. ### Change & Communication * Support change management initiatives and user adoption efforts. * Assist in developing training plans and user documentation. * Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams. ### Risk & Quality Management * Identify project risks and escalate as needed. * Ensure quality standards are maintained across assigned workstreams. * Track issue resolution and support mitigation planning. ### Post-Go-Live Support * Support hypercare activities and transition to steady-state support.
