[Why Join Us | DuPont Careers](https://careers.dupont.com/us/en/whyjoinus) **Your key responsibilities :** * Collaborate on strategic technology roadmaps, solutions, and configurations for SAP platforms such as ECC, S/4 HANA, MDG, etc. * Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. * Well versed with development standards in SAP ECC. * Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. * Should evaluate the solutions and directing enhancements and implementing solutions for performances and ensure standards in design and implementation. * Participate in solution selection, design, and implementation as part of a project team. * Leverage SAP and other programming best practices to design, create structured and reusable code. * Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications. **Required skills and competencies** : * At least 2 years of experience in ABAP development of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA. * Good understanding and experience in developing applications in various modules including FI/CO/OTC/MM/PM/QM/S2P/M&S, etc. * Good debugging skills to trouble-shoot customer issues and complex programs. * Experience in developing ABAP on ECC and ABAP OO, Web / Enterprise Services /REST/API, IDOC enhancement and ALE/IDOC, etc., RFCs, BADIs, BAPIs, User exits/enhancements, workflow, BDCs, LSMW. * Knowledge on SAP Fiori, Web Dynpro, UI5, ODATA solutions. * Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. * Strong interpersonal skills. * High level of initiative with a proven ability
