Must Have
Previous experience leading/supervising a team of 20 or more employees, Basic understanding of industrial cleaning chemicals, FSQA and OH&S focus, Ability to accurately maintain detailed records, High degree of flexibility and adaptability, Ability to assess and prioritize
What You'll Do.
Provide consistent leadership
Respond proactively to ensure smooth operation
Ensure team members follow OH&S and FSQA standards
Coordinate with Sanitation Supervisor/Manager
and maintenance teams
Ensure team follows SOPs and GMPs
Provide coaching and training
Follow strict Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures/Guidelines
Assemble and disassemble equipment
Move and lift parts up to 50lbs
Work with harsh chemicals
Handle large high-pressure hoses
Perform work on floor
Supervise and partner with external contractors
Perform tasks in various plant areas
