In conjunction with Sanitation Manager, conduct verifications and validations of equipment, processes and programs in relation to sanitation. Assist production employees address sanitation concerns. ESL and Aseptic manufacturing knowledge including sanitation Conduct ongoing audits on cleaning practices and provide training or coaching if needed Assist in environmental monitoring swabbing and testing Track and trend master sanitation data, environmental monitoring data, and pre-operation inspection data to help drive process improvement. Perform master sanitation schedule tasks for sanitation. Complete daily sanitation checklist tasks. Reviews sanitation records and any sanitation preventive control records Must effectively direct the actions of other crew members and communicate with all managers. Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas. Ensure that all required maintenance is performed. Assist in root cause analysis as
