Working both day and night shifts, the Sandwich Maker prepares a wide variety of sandwich and specialty items to fulfill the bagged lunch program. The Sandwich Maker will work with Culinary leads to present attractive and well-prepared products each day. This posting is for future opportunities within the company at our project in Moosonee, ON. The position involves a remote work lifestyle in a camp setting with the following amenities: * All meals and accommodations are provided * Travel is provided to and from the site locations from designated locations. * Private room with cable television * Access to Wi-Fi * Access to laundry facilities and detergents * Access to a gym and common areas Key responsibilities include: * Preparing all sandwiches according to standard recipes and menus including specialty sandwiches and compounds (i.e.: egg salad, tuna, etc.) * Properly rotate food products in order to keep spoilage and waste to a minimum * Monitoring and coordinating the day to day set ups of sandwiches * Maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace while complying with statutory and company hyg
