Must Have

At least five years of experience supporting sanctions screening, AML technology, or financial crime compliance systems, hands-on experience with Fircosoft Continuity, Demonstrated experience writing, tuning, testing and implementing Fircosoft screening rules, understanding of sanctions screening concepts, analytical skills with ability to assess large datasets and alert populations, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Bachelor's Degree

Nice to Have

CGSS, CSS, CAMS or similar certification, Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX messaging and payment screening workflows, Experience with SQL, scripting, or data analysis tools, Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision, Superb analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills, Outstanding organizational and time management skills
