What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least five years of experience supporting sanctions screening, AML technology, or financial crime compliance systems, hands-on experience with Fircosoft Continuity, Demonstrated experience writing, tuning, testing and implementing Fircosoft screening rules, understanding of sanctions screening concepts, analytical skills with ability to assess large datasets and alert populations, Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Bachelor's Degree
Nice to Have
CGSS, CSS, CAMS or similar certification, Familiarity with SWIFT MT/MX messaging and payment screening workflows, Experience with SQL, scripting, or data analysis tools, Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision, Superb analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills, Outstanding organizational and time management skills
What You'll Do.
Serve as the lead within IBKR’s Global Sanctions
and maintain sanctions screening rules
Analyze large alert populations
identify optimization opportunities
improve screening effectiveness and efficiency
Support the full rule lifecycle
requirements gathering
post-production validation
Work closely with Global Sanctions
screening enhancements
production deployments
Support tuning initiatives relating to fuzzy matching
Maintain technical and governance documentation relating to rule
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
