What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience on Java and its related frameworks, Springboot, Microservices, Back-end technologies, Designing and building dynamic, data-driven applications using modern frameworks, server integrations, and database connectivity, Backend development with Java, REST APIs, Microservices, and integration components, Working knowledge of DevOps tooling, pipelines, test-first practices, and Agile delivery, Applying secure coding standards, test-driven approaches, and robust design patterns that ensure reliability and regulatory compliance, Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, server configuration, and data modelling for full-stack applications, Effective Stakeholder management with global leads and delivery teams
Nice to Have
Experience in Banking / Finance domain, Experience working with any flavour of Java, Handled Client-Server based application, Experience developing effective and interactive Front-end UI using React JS or Angular, Kafka/Any Messaging system, Experience working with AI/LLM models
