What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2/3 years of experience as Project Manager and in process optimization, Post-graduate degree in Business and/or Engineering, Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, Good proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), Strength problem-solving, issue-resolution skills, with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, Curious, humble, “no task is too small” and proactive mindset
Nice to Have
preferably in a consulting firm, Ability in using SAS is a plus
What You'll Do.
Implementing and strengthening the international sanctions control framework
Ensuring full compliance with applicable laws
regulations and internal standards
Supporting key compliance projects
Designing and implementing an integrated Sanctions and AML controls framework
Monitoring new regulatory developments
Proactively identifying potential gaps and driving remediation
Providing proactive compliance advice to the sales network and in bank projects
Identifying and clearly disclosing potential risks early and defining clear mitigating measures
Supporting the execution of sanctions and embargoes-related activities
and delivering ongoing training and education programs
