Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (PGSD), Minimum 3 years of experience in a supportive role in education, as an assistant teacher or as a lead teacher in a private or international school, Compassionate attitude and understanding of child development, Nurturing teaching approach, Excellent communication skills (Bahasa & English)
