With a background in warehouse/production environment, you will work along side our technicians to support with the preparation and logging of samples and general housekeeping. #### Step Into the Role Main Responsibilities: * Reception, recording, storage, and retrieval of soil and water samples using LIMS and Regmaster systems. * Preparation of samples including traying out, crushing, drying, weighing, filtering, splitting into separate containers, adding acids, and preparing leachates. * Describing soil types and logging sample descriptions and laboratory data into LIMS and Regmaster. * Preparation, recording, storage, and disposal of water and leachate samples. * Ensuring all health & safety and quality procedures are adhered to at all times. * Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised laboratory work area. #### Our Offer * £29,724.5 per annum * Consett (free onsite parking) * 42.5 hours Mon-Fri between 0600-1800.
