About the Job Rent the Runway is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sample Coordinator to join our Fashion team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our studio workflow, supporting the daily management of our product samples. You will manage the lifecycle of our inventory to ensure every item is ready for its high-volume photo shoots. As part of the Fashion team, your work ensures our shared closet is visually represented at its best for our customers. This role requires a process-oriented mindset and the ability to pivot between multiple requests to keep the studio running smoothly. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end process for ordering, tracking, and managing all incoming and outgoing samples. Act as the primary point of contact between key stakeholders to communicate sample availability and timelines. Support the Sample Team in day-to-day operations to ensure samples are prepped according to production standards.
