Must Have
Master's degree, Fluent Finnish and English, Proven experience in compliance, governance, risk management, audit readiness, Understanding of business controls, regulatory compliance, and audit processes, Experience working with internal and external auditors, Knowledge of information security and/or compliance frameworks
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services, banking, or highly regulated industries, Familiarity with Kyndryl, Samlink, or large-scale organizational integration programs, Experience leading security, compliance, or certification projects
