Must Have
Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning, Acting as technical reference, Tech Lead or technical leadership of squads, Integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP, JSON and distributed architectures, GitHub, Jira, Confluence and modern development and code governance practices, Strong communication, influence and management of technical and non-technical stakeholders, Advanced English for working in a global environment, Working in agile and collaborative environments, with focus on continuous delivery and improvement, Hands-on, analytical profile and ability to act under pressure in critical production scenarios, Higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related areas
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer I/II, Experience with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud or Commerce, Digital transformation and platform modernization contexts, Knowledge or experience with AI tools applied to software engineering and productivity gains in the development cycle, Experience with loyalty/fidelity platforms, incentive programs, CRM or customer relationship journeys, Previous experience in agribusiness or companies with complex operations and hybrid environments, Advanced Spanish, Experience coordinating partners and distributed/offshore teams
