**Job Location** WARSAW PLANT & GO **Job Description** Are you an experienced hands-on problem solver who loves building impactful Salesforce solutions? As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you'll contribute to the design, lead, development and enhancement of key internal systems supporting P&G's Store Development organizations worldwide. In this role, you'll work with senior developers and technical leads to design and implement features using Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce configuration tools and multi-cloud architecture integrations. You'll be involved in agile ceremonies, write high-quality code, design and solution complex functionalities, participate in code reviews, and support testing and development efforts. This position offers the chance to grow your technical skills in a collaborative environment while contributing to real business outcomes at a global scale. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, Solution, Build and maintain Salesforce features based on provided specifications. * Lead development teams in multifunctional teams. * Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and release activities. * Collaborate with other senior developers and product managers to deliver solutions. * Maintain and improve technical documentation and test coverage. * Maintain CICD setup and provide AI driven improvements. * Learn and adopt best practices for coding, testing, and deployments. **Job Qualifications** * 6-7 years of Salesforce development experience. * Good understanding of Apex, Lightning components, and platform configuration. * Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams * Practical experience with Salesforce DX * Exposure to DevOps tools and agile environments. * Ability to work with GitHub, SFDX and CI/CD tools. * Strong collaboration and communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Salesforce Platform Developer II certification * Experience with integrations or external API usage. **We offer** * P&G-sized projects and access to world leading
