Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, 8+ years of experience in technical support and/or development using Java technologies, Proven experience in User support, Proven experience in Production support, Proven experience in Application maintenance, Proven experience in AMS environments, Availability for rotating shifts and after-hours support, including 24/7 service models, Fluent / Native Spanish, Basic English
Nice to Have
Experience in the retail industry, Familiarity with Palacio de Hierro systems, Participation in implementation projects, Participation in deployments, Participation in major application changes, Java certification, Microsoft certifications, ITIL certification
