About MBRDI: Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Our mission is to drive innovation and excellence in automotive engineering, digitalization, and sustainable mobility solutions, shaping the future of mobility. We are looking for an experienced senior Salesforce Technical Architect to drive cross-functional projects in the After Sales - Customer Services area. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible to provide end-to-end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products and mentor the Salesforce team. If you aspire to be a role model and progress your career in a leading product company, then this role is appropriate for you. As a Salesforce Architect you will be part of an agile team (SAFe), participate in all SAFe events, with daily tasks and events contributing to a high quality implementation of a Salesforce Service Cloud CRM and will be responsible for mentoring the salesforce development team on critical technical solutions as part of Service Operations within the Salesforce platform. You will be participating actively in helping to define, estimate, design solutions for the required programs(projects)/user stories/features, participate in daily standups and full day events, contributing daily and constantly to keep improving the product being built, always aiming for the best product value. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, in a high demanding but very collaborative environment. Additionally, you need to manage people.
