What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7-14 years of experience with Salesforce Development, 4+ years in customisation, designing technical solution, Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs, Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture patterns, governor limits, and security models, Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using middleware tools like Snaplogic, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc., communication and stakeholder management skills, Should be adaptable to overlapping work schedules across teams in USA and India, Should be capable of handling at least 10–15 members in the current project

Nice to Have

Background in other CRM platforms or enterprise applications is a plus, Knowledge of Sales cloud, CPQ, PSA, or industry-specific Salesforce clouds, Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
