Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 4 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing Salesforce development teams and driving technical excellence.

Create comprehensive technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment plans.
Effectively communicate technical solutions and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
Drive innovation and efficiency within Salesforce implementations through Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
