Must Have
6+ years of experience in application and software development, 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, working knowledge of modern coding languages (e. g. Python, Java, C#), Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce, Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS), communication the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences, Experience with using source control and branching/pull requests strategies, Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles, 15 years of full-time education
Nice to Have
Any additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications
