This role partners closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to enhance and maintain our Salesforce platform, ensuring an efficient and high-quality user experience for internal stakeholders and customers. What you'll get to do... Manage and support GoDaddy’s CRM system built on the Salesforce platform Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to design and deliver effective solutions. Analyse moderately complex problems by evaluating multiple contributing factors and proposing solutions Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend process improvements and enhancements Administer users, roles, profiles, and permissions Configure objects, fields, page layouts, record types, custom metadata, and custom settings Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation using Flows. Provide user support, training, and documentation Develop custom functionality using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Automate business processes using Flows and Triggers Customise applications based on evolving business needs Perform testing, participate in code reviews, and support deployments and releases. Your experience should include... 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Release Engineer
