Must Have
3+ years of experience with Salesforce development, configuration, or administration, 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Field Service solutions, Experience building integrations between Salesforce and ERP or enterprise systems, Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata APIs, etc. ), Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development, Good understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies, Experience with ServiceMax functionality, including Service Flow Manager, Dispatch Processes, Service Contracts, Entitlements, Invoicing, Installed Products, or Go App, Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail, Excellent communication skills and fluent English

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer
