**Overview** The **Salesforce Solutions Architect** is responsible for owning Salesforce CRM architecture and solutions design across Prosci's global revenue organization. This role will provide technical leadership for our GTM systems ecosystem, designing and implementing robust API integrations, AI-powered automation, and scalable solutions that support our complex business processes from open enrollment through enterprise expansion.
