What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years in Salesforce and GTM systems architecture, Salesforce Architect certification (Application/System Architect preferred), Deep technical expertise across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and the Salesforce security and sharing model, Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using tooling such as Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DX, Experience designing API-led integrations between Salesforce and downstream systems using modern integration patterns and middleware tools, understanding of security, compliance (GDPR), and governance, Background in consulting, high-growth B2B, or fast-paced commercial environments, Exposure to cloud platforms, data storage, or data warehousing, Experience with vendor evaluation, platform strategy, or system migrations
