Must Have
5+ years of software development and configuration experience in designing and developing high performance, reliable and scalable production systems, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience), Proven experience as a Salesforce engineer and administrator, understanding of Salesforce configuration and implementation processes, Experience in writing client and server-side code for web-based applications, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients, Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and attention to detail, Practical knowledge of the Agile Software Development Life-cycle, Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively, Experience in the software industry, particularly with Salesforce products
Nice to Have
Knowledge of project management tools is a plus, Experience in the utility and climate industry and integration of software products

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our teams, understanding their business objectives, and guiding them through the software configuration process. Your expertise in leading Salesforce development and configurations will be critical in driving results and customer satisfaction.
