As a Salesforce QA Engineer at Object First, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions by validating business requirements through manual testing, creating and executing test cases, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver accurate, well-functioning, and business-aligned Salesforce processes. What You’ll Do Perform manual testing of Salesforce Sales Cloud. Work with functional, regression, and UAT testing. Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios. Use defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Work with Salesforce reports and dashboards. Validate data accuracy and business logic. Write test documentation, user guides, and process documentation (Confluence or similar). Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Support Agile/Scrum development processes. Use Salesforce knowledge including Sales Cloud processes, data model, security model, and basic admin understanding (flows, validation rules, layouts, approval processes, Apex jobs, scheduled jobs).
