Join Aspect in a key leadership role driving the future of our Salesforce ecosystem and digital transformation strategy. As Salesforce Platform Manager, you’ll own the strategic direction, optimisation and governance of Salesforce as a core enterprise platform across customer engagement, service delivery, fundraising and philanthropy. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you’ll shape platform capability, influence enterprise-wide transformation and lead a growing Salesforce function across both onshore and offshore teams. What you’ll be doing * Own the Salesforce platform roadmap and future direction aligned to organisational strategy * Drive continuous improvement, simplification and optimisation across the platform * Lead architecture, governance, integration and best practice decisions * Oversee multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring scalable and cost-effective delivery * Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions * Lead and develop a high-performing Salesforce team across local and offshore resources * Ensure Salesforce remains the primary system of record for customer data * Review and improve existing platform decisions, processes and implementations This is a full time, permanent role.
