Must Have
Significant hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions, Declarative development skills, especially Flow, Experience working with Salesforce CPQ, Understanding of Salesforce security, data model design, permissions, sharing and record access, Troubleshooting, debugging, data management and release support capability, Ability to turn business requirements into scalable, sustainable technical solutions, Confident communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Experience working in a security-focused technology environment, with a sound understanding of data protection, least-privilege access, separation of responsibilities, and controls relevant to GDPR, compliance and financial data
Nice to Have
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant are highly desirable, Agile/Scrum certification, or experience working in Agile environments, is preferred, Experience with Experience Cloud, Experience with Einstein, Experience with AI chatbots
