Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Operations Manager with advanced expertise in Salesforce to support our Sales and Renewals teams. This role is responsible for optimizing Salesforce processes, owning pipeline visibility and hygiene, building insightful reports and dashboards, and driving best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a deep understanding of sales cycles and a proactive approach to delivering data-driven insights that keep our pipeline healthy, accurate, and actionable. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Management & Forecasting Own end-to-end pipeline management within Salesforce, ensuring deals are accurately staged, consistently updated, and reflect real-time selling activity Partner with sales leadership to establish and enforce pipeline review cadences, stage definitions, and opportunity hygiene standards Build and maintain forecasting frameworks that provide leadership with reliable, real-time visibility into pipeline health, coverage ratios, and revenue projections Proactively identify pipeline gaps, stalled deal
