Our mission is to create a seamless, affordable, and joyful lunch experience that benefits both employees and employers. About the role As a Sales Operations Associate, Systems, you will be the architect of Picnic's commercial systems. Salesforce will be your home base, with a broader remit across the full go-to-market technology stack: outreach tooling, routing, enrichment, and the integrations that connect everything together. You will design, build, and maintain the systems that allow Picnic's Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams to move fast without breaking things. If you enjoy clean Flows, well-structured data models, and integrations that simply work, this is the role for you. What you'll do Own day-to-day Salesforce administration: users, profiles, permissions, page layouts, validation rules, and automation. Build and maintain scalable Flows that support evolving GTM motions. Administer and optimize the broader GTM tech stack: Yesware and outreach tooling, LeanData routing, enrichment platforms, and the integrations between them. Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems (data warehouse, marketing platforms, finance tools, product telemetry). Partner with Sales leadership to translate go-to-market strategies into clean, scalable system workflows; build the rails for new programs such as territory changes, segment launches, and pricing updates. Maintain data integrity, deduplication, and lifecycle hygiene across the stack; implement the controls that keep data trustworthy at scale.
