What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline, Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or data analysis, Demonstrated experience in B2B2C financial services environments, Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar technologies, Demonstrated ability to measure and analyze performance across integrated marketing channels, including CRM, AI-driven tools, email, paid and organic media, SEO/SEM, social, and web, Advanced proficiency building dashboards and visualizations using Looker Studio (Data Studio), Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI tools, understanding of data management, governance, system integration best practices, and regulatory compliance, Solutions-oriented mindset, Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
Google Ads (certification preferred), Bonus experience with cloud data platforms and analytical tools such as BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Python, Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy and drive business outcomes, curiosity for innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement, demonstrated success collaborating across cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders
