Stay involved in the technical "weeds" to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high-standard releases

Headquartered in Paris, we have offices in Dubai, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia providing Salesforce CRM Implementation and Cloud Consulting services with various technologies in the Middle East and Gulf region covering Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Qatar, UAE, KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Iraq. We are looking for a Salesforce Manager who balances high-level business strategy with technical execution. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key stakeholders, deeply understanding the business operations, and leading a dedicated development team to deliver high-quality solutions. This is a hands-on management role ; you must be comfortable transitioning from architectural discussions with executives to building Proof of Concepts (POCs) and guiding developers through complex code deployments. ## Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications * Education : Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field * Language : Fluency in English is required * Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem with a proven track record in management or lead capacity. * Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and vice versa. * Technical Depth: Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and complex integrations. * Certifications: Must hold multiple active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, and/or Architect track certifications). * Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and leading technical teams in an Agile environment. * Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Salesforce Platforms: Sales, Service, Marketing and Pardot Key Responsibi
