What They're Looking For.
Must Have
enterprise IT delivery experience, proven track record operating at a Manager, Senior Consultant, or Functional Lead level within Tier-1 global systems integrators or consultancies, Hands-on mastery of Salesforce Industries / Vlocity Communications (including EPC, CPQ, CLM, and OM) alongside core Sales and Service Clouds, OmniStudio proficiency is essential, Proven experience handling complex data migrations and business process enhancements from legacy CRM systems (such as Oracle Siebel), Exposure to Commercial Contracts Management tools such as Apttus CLM, Conga, or DocuSign, valid work rights for Australia, willing to undergo a comprehensive background checking process, including probity and police checks

In this strategic, client-facing role, you will act as the definitive architectural and functional voice—bridging the gap between complex business processes and cutting-edge cloud technology. You will lead the discovery, design, and functional orchestration of complex Salesforce and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) ecosystems. We need a seasoned consultant who can navigate heavy enterprise landscapes, design end-to-end cloud strategies, and smoothly guide clients away from legacy systems into modern, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities * Functional Solution Leadership: Lead end-to-end solution design, business process re-engineering, and functional architecture across core Salesforce and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) platforms. * Domain & Industry Delivery: Drive sector-specific implementations, particularly across complex verticals like Telecommunications, Public Sector/Government, and Higher Education. * Enterprise Design Strategy: Blueprint functional solutions that encompass complex Contract Management (CLM) and robust Order Management (OM) flows, ensuring seamless data synchronization across legacy and cloud environments. * High-Value Stakeholder Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior business stakeholders, running discovery work
