Must Have
More than 5 years of experience in Enterprise software or application development, Significant hands-on leadership of Salesforce Engineering Team, Between 3-5 years of experience in owning Salesforce platforms that support Sales organizations, Advanced, hands-on expertise with the Salesforce platform supporting Sales, Working knowledge of Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management functionality
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, Salesforce certifications that demonstrate depth in development, administration, or architecture, Integration, data architecture, or middleware-related certifications
