**Barcelona onsite - 3 days office/2 days home** Are you ready to build and evolve a Salesforce platform that powers real-world digital health at scale? Do you want your engineering decisions to directly influence how clinicians, caregivers, and patients experience healthcare services? Evinova, is creating sector-wide digital health solutions that combine science, human-centered design, and modern engineering. As our Salesforce Engineer, you will be the system owner for one of our most strategic platforms, enabling high-velocity commercial and customer operations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will partner closely with a Business Systems Analyst and an external managed service provider so you can focus on engineering excellence, platform integrity, and measurable outcomes. **Accountabilities:** \- Platform Ownership and Governance: Serve as the subject matter expert and Tier 3 escalation point for the Salesforce environment with engineering ownership and governance of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. \- Partner Management: Guide and challenge our managed service provider on Tier 1 and 2 support, set handoff criteria, review escalations, and uphold SLAs and engineering standards. \- Backend Engineering (Apex): Design and build Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes that respect governor limits and deliver scalable, testable, maintainable solutions. \- Experience and Custom Development: Engineer reusable, high-performance Lightning Web Components for Experience Cloud and core Salesforce experiences. \- Service Cloud Architecture: Implement case management, automation, queue routing, omni-channel, and console layouts that scale with our customer support model. \- Flow Automation: Apply the right balance of declarative (Flows, validation rules, approvals) and programmatic (Apex) automation for long-term maintainability. \- API Integration: Build secure, scalable REST integrations with enterprise platforms (e.g., M
