We are supporting a global organization seeking a Salesforce Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of Salesforce Field Service and Service Cloud initiatives, ensuring alignment between business goals, project execution, user adoption, and long-term value realization. Challenge We’re looking for a Salesforce Engagement Manager who can successfully bridge business and technical teams while driving complex Salesforce implementation projects from discovery through go-live and adoption. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project and program management skills with business analysis expertise, stakeholder engagement, and change management experience. You will own the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring projects remain on schedule, risks are proactively managed, users are prepared for change, and the organization achieves measurable business outcomes from its Salesforce investment. What You'll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation projects, with a focus on Service Cloud and Field Service solutions. Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements-gathering activities with business stakeholders.
