Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of experience supporting application development, DevOps, release engineering, deployment automation, or enterprise software implementation, 2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce release management, Salesforce deployment processes, Salesforce environment management, or Salesforce DevOps, 1+ year of experience configuring, operating, or supporting Copado for Salesforce deployments, 1+ year of experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing, deployment validation, rollback planning, or production release support, 1+ year of experience working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Mural, or similar collaboration tools, Copado DevOps certification, Ability to obtain and maintain a federal public trust clearance or equivalent client-required background investigation, Candidate must reside in the US, be authorized to work in the US, and work must be performed in the US, Must have lived in the US 3 full years out of the last 5 years
Nice to Have

Full Job Description
_This role is contingent upon a contract award._ ICF is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer with Copado experience to support release engineering, deployment automation, CI/CD pipeline execution, and DevSecOps practices for an enterprise Salesforce environment. This role will focus on improving deployment reliability, reducing manual release effort, supporting automated testing, and maintaining controlled release processes across Salesforce applications and shared platform services. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supporting Salesforce DevOps in structured Agile delivery environments. This role requires practical knowledge of Copado, Salesforce release management, environment coordination, version control, deployment validation, rollback planning, and production release support. This work supports an enterprise Salesforce services environment that includes shared platform services, application development, security compliance, integrations, operations and maintenance, release support, stakeholder onboarding, and continuous improvement. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, testers, security teams, business analysts, product owners, and client stakeholders to support secure, repeatable, and auditable deployments. **Job Location: **This position is remote within the United States.
