Must Have
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, release management, or DevOps, In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce release cycles, Experience with CI/CD tools (e. g. , Jenkins, Git) and version control systems (e. g. , Git), analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, Hands-on experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, Experience using Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Shell scripts for creation of new Jenkins Job or maintaining existing one, Hands-on experience with Salesforce development environments and deployment processes and troubleshooting, Salesforce Development and Deployment, CI/CD Set up and Automation, Jenkins Scripting (Groovy)
Nice to Have

What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain deployment scripts and tools to automate the release process

Oversee the setup and configuration of Salesforce environments

Ensure compliance with security

Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines
