Must Have
3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification, expertise in Apex including asynchronous processing, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, sharing mechanisms, Solid experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations, Experience designing and implementing integrations with external systems, Good understanding of SOQL and SOSL optimization, governor limits, platform performance considerations, Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, structured deployment processes, analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, High ownership and accountability for deliverables, Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, attention to detail and commitment to quality, Willingness to continuously learn and improve, Experience working in Salesforce environments with large user bases (3000 +), high data volumes (1 million +), Hands-on experience with asynchronous Apex patterns such as Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, or Platform Events, Implementation and production support experience for at least one external system integration, Experience supporting production environments and handling critical incidents with root cause analysis, Comfort with governed release processes and CI/CD pipelines, Ownership of at least one feature or module end to end from design through deployment and support, Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and tradeoffs

Build and enhance solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Opportunities, Leads, Accounts, Quotes, and custom business processes. Develop and support integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware solutions. Ensure all implementations follow Salesforce best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. Optimize existing functionality, improve performance, and reduce technical debt. Participate in solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations and tradeoffs. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
