You'll collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators, Sales Operations, business stakeholders, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices. You'll have the autonomy to lead your own workstreams, contribute to architectural decisions, and shape how Salesforce evolves across the business. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architecture. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions in collaboration with administrators and stakeholders. Develop and maintain automated flows, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled processes. Conduct code reviews and uphold development standards, ensuring solutions are performant, secure, and maintainable. Support release management including version control, sandbox management, and deployment via tools such as Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
