Role Summary The Salesforce Developer is a senior, hands-on engineer responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining the Salesforce ecosystem that powers Litmos's go-to-market, customer experience, and revenue operations. Operating as a remote member of the GTM Operations team, this role partners closely with the Director, GTM Business Partner to translate defined business requirements into scalable, well-architected technical solutions across Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community (Experience Cloud), and Service Cloud. This role builds what is defined — and does not define what is built. It operates within a structured workflow where business intent is translated into technical specifications by the GTM Business Partner, then designed, built, tested, and deployed by the developer. Given the remote nature of the engagement, this role demands a high bar for accountability, communication discipline, and delivery reliability. This is not a contractor role and is not a Salesforce admin role.
