Role Summary The Salesforce Developer is a hands-on engineer who builds, configures, and maintains the Salesforce ecosystem powering Litmos’s go-to-market, customer experience, and revenue operations. This role will have a primary focus on marketing operations and demand generation, but must be proficient across the platform. Working as a remote member of the GTM Operations team, this role partners with the GTM Business Partner and Salesforce Architect to deliver scalable, well-architected solutions across Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud. This role builds what is defined and does not define what is built. The GTM Business Partner translates business intent into technical specifications; the developer then collaborates with an Architect to design, build, test, and deploy. Remote delivery demands a high bar for accountability, communication discipline, and reliability. This is not a Salesforce admin role.
