You have proven experience in CRM configuration, customisation, integration, and application support, with the ability to design and deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements. A solid understanding of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, SSQ and related products, would be highly regarded. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, whilst being results-driven and capable of working autonomously. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
