**Title:** Salesforce Developer **Location** : India Johnson Controls is searching for a skilled and experienced **Salesforce Developer** to work on the design and construction of JCI’s Salesforce.com instances. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of how to translate complex product requirements into an elegantly coded, usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable solutions in the Salesforce.com platform and associated add-ons. The Developer will be working in an agile environment, with both onshore and offshore teammates, as well as with our leadership team, using iterative and cutting-edge development methods. **Responsibilities** The developer will design and build robust, elastic, and maintainable Salesforce.com modules and solutions. The applicant will be part of an offshore and onshore team. He must be a self-starter having a thorough understanding of Saleforce.com administration, configuration, coding, integration strategies, data manipulation, roles and profiles. Candidate will participate in an offshore development team, as well as collaborate with onshore UI/UX Lead, Product Owner, Solutions Delivery Lead, and Solutions Architect to plan and coordinate efforts. Candidate will evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with the Product Owner, engineers and others.
